How it works

Understanding your needs

Our recruitment process is rigorous and meticulous, beginning when we receive a request from our partners. The first step is an initial discussion that serves as an assessment session for the organization's needs. The purpose of this discussion is to thoroughly understand the requirements and specific criteria of each company. To find the perfect employee, we need to know the required skills. In this first stage, there is an initial discussion that serves as an assessment session for the organization's needs. The goal is to understand the specific requirements of each company and its organizational culture, the skills, and role of the future team member, and the essential points that must be met in a viable candidate profile.

Profile creation

The next step is creating a candidate profile, a complex process that helps us determine the right individuals for the available positions. The candidate profile includes not only the necessary skills and qualifications but also the personality traits that the future employee must possess to integrate into the prospective team. Once created, the candidate profile is sent to the client for validation.

Database identification

After determining the suitable types of workers, the next step is identifying them in our database. We have a very extensive database consisting of tens of thousands of workers from India and Nepal, both skilled and unskilled. It's a continuously growing database that we enhance and improve daily. Workers are included in our database only after a rigorous verification of their documents, qualifications, and socio-economic background. This ensures that individuals entering our database come from environments that enable them to adapt to work abroad and do not have a history of substance abuse or alcohol misuse.

Interviews

After the initial selection, potential candidates proceed to the interview stage with our representatives. Each candidate undergoes reevaluation and, when necessary, testing at one of the 12 testing centers across India. Only after these interviews, candidates who have progressed further are presented for final interviews with the employer.
